Mark as a lifesaver! We noticed late on a Sunday afternoon our unit wasn’t kicking on and Air Doctors was referred by our neighbor. Mark immediately answered the phone and was here in less than 30 minutes. He quickly accessed and repaired the unit within 20 minutes. I came home from work to find a broken pipe on the side of my house. Since it was after hours, it was difficult to find anyone available to help. A friend recommended Mark from Air Doctors, and he responded right away, promising to come first thing in the morning. True to his word, he showed up early and fixed the issue before my workday even started. He even supplied a needed part at no extra charge and returned later that day to answer some questions about the hot water. Mark went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We had Marco come out to service our HVAC and he was great. While there, he overheard a plumber at our home insisting we needed a big job. Marco is also a plumber and proved with his equipment that we did not need this job to be done. He saved us so much money! Excellent service.
